{AD1: Design}Bags of recycle

Learners were asked to experiment with recyclable materials. 

From this learners were asked to design and make a bag using only these materials.

Some learners have choosen to use natural materials, others have used plastic and papers.

{AD1 and AD2} Pinch pots and Slab pots.

Learners explored the techniques of pinching and slabbing incorporating drawing in the form of scraffito.                                     

                                                             

{AD4: Sculpture} Body Casts

In this project learners were exploring the use of alginate and plaster as a means of making body casts.These casts were used to design and make a piece of sculpture.

                                                                            

{AD3:Design} Create a Lamp

Inspired by past designers or artists the students were required to design and create a lamp from recycled materials.

{AD4:Combined Materials} Robot

This is a combined materials project where the students were required to gather recycled ‘devices & contraptions’ and combine them to create a robot.
