This work was based on a period of art history that was of interest to the students. From research students had to design a piece representing this period. Students had to make the piece in clay and include some wire as this project combined the two modules of ceramics and sculpture.

Open Day ART EXHIBITION

{AD4:Ceramics}

Students were required to design and make ceramic work in response to their drawing studies completed in the first weeks of the course. These drawings varied from a local church to the study of certain organic material.

{AD2:Ceramics} The Vessel

Linking in with the drawing and photography modules students had to design and make a vessel incorporating surface decoration and texture.
